Our new look… and the story behind it

If you’ve been here for a while, you might notice things are looking a little different.

A new website.

A new feel.

A new look for Wildly Organised.

And it felt only right that the very first blog post on this brand new space shared a little bit of the why behind it all. Because this business was never just about planners.

I decided to finally start the company after very suddenly losing my wonderful Nan and realising, in the most heartbreaking way, that life is just too short not to do the things you dream about.

At the end of the day, what’s the worst that could happen?

So, I gave it a go.

Somehow, I pulled everything together in three months - but that meant some things were rushed.

I had no idea how to build a website. I just needed something that worked so I could sell my planners.

I had no idea how to promote a “brand” on social media. I simply started filming, posting and trying to get the word out.

Over the years, I think the message in our content has grown and improved.

What I was saying became clearer.

But visually… it never quite showed who we really were.

You couldn’t land on our Instagram and instantly understand the heart behind it, other than my face popping up every now and again.

So now, in our fourth year, it felt like the right time to do something scary but exciting:

I put my hand in my pocket and hired a professional to do what I couldn’t.

And honestly?

I am thrilled with the results.

It’s everything I hoped for and more.

I’m excited to post on social media again.

I keep typing the website into my browser just to sit and stare at it in awe.

And now we have this blog too…

I am bursting with ideas for what I can share with you each week.

But it felt important that the very first post was simply this - a little piece of the why, and a way to bring you along on the journey with me.

Moving forward, this space is going to be guided by you.

Just like everything we create, I want this to feel collaborative.

I want it to give you something you truly need. Whether that’s organisation, encouragement, honesty, or just a reminder that you’re not doing this alone.

Because none of this would exist without the incredible community of teachers who have supported Wildly Organised so far.

Thank you for buying my products.

For dropping into my DMs with kindness and advice.

For making me laugh on the days when full-time teaching and running a business feels like a lot.

And really, for making my dream come true.

That young woman in 2023, sitting in her car filled with grief and quietly promising herself she would just give this a go…

she would never have believed it could grow into what it is today.

And I know my Nan would be so, so proud.
