We hope you love your Wildly Organised products. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains your rights and how returns or refunds work.
This policy is in line with UK consumer law, including your right to cancel certain online purchases.
2. Change of Mind Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will offer:
A replacement, or
A full refund (including original postage where required by law)
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Used items
Items not in original condition
Personalised or custom products (unless faulty)
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or provider
You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

2. Contact your card provider or bank (processing times vary)

7. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are faulty or damaged. Please contact us by email to arrange an exchange where appropriate.
